Where does Kingsley stay? any of the African countries or overseas?
My questions are borne out of the understanding that many Africans acknowledge the fact that lack of development ideas is not the cause of our predicament but rather lack of the will among our rulers to implement quantum of ideas sourced within and outside Africa.
Kingsley should use the fact gathered from his study to write his book and should not waste his time sending it to any government cos all of them are joy killers.
I am sure his book will make an interesting reading.
